First Plein Air Paintings
I went to Gold Head State Park the first part of Dec. 2009. I did 3 paintings of the same view on 3 different days. Amy, a friend, went with me on one of my trips. The area I painted is called "Lake View." I knew or should I say know nothing about painting outside. I just jumped in and gave it a try. The paintings are my same ole style. The learning to change process is A WORK IN PROGRESS.

I like how painting #3 turned out. All the colors around and below the tree are lovely. Looking at that tree, I'd love to be up underneath it.
