Knife only...

Today I put down my brushes and did this painting with a Palette knife and my fingers.
I want to paint looser and this is about the only way I can do it. If I have a brush in
my hand I find my self blending and blending..ugh

Joann's back yard

I did this Plein Air painting..."Joann's Back Yard" today. It's on a 11x14 masonite panel .  I'm post a photo of the back yard so you can compare. I of course took some Artist License with the painting.
